• The Package Name

5. Check In and Check Out

• Prior to the arrival to the hotel of the guest
• Prior to the check out Date of the guest in the hotel.

6. Hotel Name and Guest Name

• The Name of the Hotel from the reservation
• The Name of the Guest

7. Date, Time and Tour

• The Date and Time of Service from TOUR.
• Taken from SERVICE TAB à Tour : Date & time (Prior to the service date; see no.1)
• Tour: The Name of the Tour Service or the Service name of tour.

8. Date, Time and Transport Name

• The date and Time of the service for TRANSPORT
• Taken from SERVICE TAB à Transport: Date & time
• Transport Name: The Profile name of the Transport

9. Plate

• The Plate Number of the Transport Vehicle to be used
• Taken from SERVICE TAB à Transfer: Transfer Remarks

10. Date, Time , Driver and Guide

• The Date and Time of Driver and Guide Service
• Taken from SERVICE TAB à Guide

11. Date, Time of Miscellaneous

• The Service Date and Time for Miscellaneous.
• Taken from SERVICE TAB: Time and Date.

12. Date, Time, Flight Arrival and Flight Departure

• The date and Time of Flight Arrival and Flight Departure of the Guest if have any.
